Public guidance and Portal results are general routes. They do not replace an assessment of the specific technology, account, system or risk.

Enquiries are not confirmed appointments

Sending a form or message creates an enquiry only. Preferred dates and time windows are requests, not bookings. Sam confirms availability, scope, charging basis and any other arrangements before agreed work begins. The website does not promise a particular response time or publish fixed support hours.

No automatic charge

A website enquiry does not itself create a fee. If diagnostic or other work may be chargeable, the scope and charging basis must be explained and approved before that chargeable work starts. A project, support plan or hosting service may have separate written terms.

Not an emergency service

The website is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency-response channel. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, payment-card details or unlawful material. If money, personal safety, critical services or an account is at immediate risk, contact the relevant bank, provider, emergency service or authority directly.

Availability and third-party services

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website useful and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Links and guidance about third-party products do not control those providers, their availability or their terms.

Commercial and statutory rights

Project, support, hosting and plan-specific terms are provided with the relevant scope. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Contact Sam with the service involved, what went wrong and the outcome you are seeking. The concern will be reviewed directly and the next practical step will be confirmed. No fixed acknowledgement or resolution time is promised unless it is agreed separately.
